Monday Morning Message – October 24, 2011 | Congregation Torat El - Monmouth County Conservative Synagogue

Monday Morning Message – October 24, 2011

Over the past year United Synagogue, the national umbrella organization of Conservative congregations, has been working to re-invent itself-from re-organizing its leadership structure, to crafting a new mission statement to creating a new strategic plan. United Synagogue is working to ensure that it stays relevant and productive. One noticeable improvement is a fully revamped website (  www.uscj.org). The new format is much more user-friendly, and it includes some valuable and useful content, from daily Torah study information, to details about synagogues, young adult programming, Israel and daily Jewish living.

I encourage you to explore this website, an interesting tool provided by United Synagogue to help members of the Conservative movement engage with Jewish life. I’d also love to hear any feedback you have about this website: Does this website provide resources that are useful to you as a Conservative Jew, and if not, what is missing?
