We were delighted to host USY’s Alternative Spring Break program this past weekend. Thank you to our Youth Advisor Jane-Rachel Schonbrun for organizing this event, and for all who opened their homes to our USYers before Shabbat. In the coming weeks you will be hearing more about the event, but for now let me just say that USY is still an amazing organization! To see Jewish teens from across the country who gave up their spring breaks to help clean up Union Beach, study Torah together, pray together with such joy and passion, and have plenty of fun social time with friends from around the country, was a true blessing for our community.
