- Set up: 8:15-9:45 am ~ Fair Hours: 10:00am-3:00pm on November 15, 2026
- All reservations will be handled on first-come first-served basis. Space is limited. Reservations will be accepted through October 15, 2026
- Payments for exhibit spaces are non-refundable.
- Each space includes an 8 foot table at a cost of $40 per table/$65 for 2 tables. If you are using your own table take $5 off ($35 per table/$60 for 2.) This is a limited opportunity!
- Exhibit Spaces with electricity are limited. We will do our best to honor your request.
- Kindly respect your neighbor’s space.
- Vendors cannot begin break down until 3:00pm. Once fair ends all vendor items must be removed and each vendor area must be restored to original condition by 5:00 pm.
- Please check in through the main entrance. When you check in you will received your table assignment. Once you are all checked in you may unload in the front or rear of the building.
- Please bring an item (minimum $25 value) to donate to our gift auction. Your gift is greatly appreciated!
- Congregation Torat El is a conservative synagogue. Kosher laws are observed, therefore we ask that you bring only dairy or vegetarian food to the event. We will provide vendors with bagels, coffee, tea and water.
