The purpose of this parental consent form is to obtain consent for your child’s photo image / livestream / video to be shared with Congregation Torat El and the local community. Photographs of students and livestream / video in the Religious School and our youth programs are routinely taken for the purpose of celebrating student achievement and sharing educational programs with the community. Photographs / livestream / video may be posted on the Congregation Torat El website, published in the Temple Bulletin, posted on the Temple Facebook / Instagram page, and/or submitted to area newspapers. The Student's Name will not be posted online. Authorization valid until rescinded in writing.
